The Pink House

Turtle's place was an amazing location for our family vacation! I loved walking right across the street to the beach to watch the sunrise every morning, the home is located very close to the pier, a lot of restaurants, and a lot of shopping centers. Turtles home was very clean, he provided a lot of things we needed to enjoy a day at the beach, and we loved the fenced in backyard. There was an issue with the Wi-fi shortly after check in, but Turtle responded almost immediately and helped us fix the problem! He was a great host, he has a beautiful home in a great location, and my family looks forward to booking with him in the future!

We had an amazing trip! The house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was also ideal, the beach was right across the way. HIGHLY recommend the Pink House. We would most definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at the pink house. The location was perfect to both beach and restaurants. We biked, walked, beached all with ease. We had a few minor issues during our stay but it was always addressed promptly by Janice and her staff! Can’t wait to come back!

This is great place for vacationing in Cocoa Beach. The house has two separate houses in one and was perfect for a stay with friends. The house was clean and each house had its own separate appliances. The only draw backs were the sheets did not stay on the mattress and the pillows were flat. But, I still give the Pink House an excellent rating.

So many great things about our 3 week stay! My Dad stayed on the A side and I stayed with visiting guests on the B side with a second bedroom. Could use a few more handicap friendly items on A side but we made it work with a rental chair and some shower bars. Close to everything and good parking. Well stocked kitchen. Nous avons loué la maison pour 7jours. Nous étions deux familles pour un total de 7 personnes. Elle est très bien située à proximité de plusieurs services mais surtout de la plage. Il fournisse tout les accessoires nécessaires pour la plage et nous y avons ajouté une petite planche de surf pour enfant. Tout est fournis et très propre. Nous recommandons et nous y retournerons!

This house was a great size and location! Perfect for families with kids, great fenced in backyard with out door showers. Short trip to the beach and close to lots of activities. We even saw a launch from the beach.

We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach! The house is nicely remodeled, clean, and attractively decorated. Very comfortable beds and pillows. A number of restaurants, gift shops, surf shops and cafés are within walking distance.

House was clean and organized as well. Definitely recommend the pink house!

This house was in a great location, close to the beach, next door to a great food and drink place. So close to stores and places for supplies. We had the best time on the outdoor patio with a family cookout with everything at hand, just add food. The house was super clean and well equipped one of the best rents we have ever had and we have had a lot!!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the pink house. Everything was as pictured and described. Plenty of room for 8 of us.It is a shorter walk to the beach than we expected.......no hassles crossing the street or finding/navigating the beach access pathway. Tons of good restaurants within a half mile walk.....we enjoyed great meals at Coconuts, Pineapple Pointe, and Slow and Low BBQ.We highly recommend the pink house for groups who are looking for a mix of Disney/Universal Studios with relaxing beach time. We spent a day at Universal and the trip was quick and easy. We also recommend Cocoa Kayaking for an inexpensive 2 hour tour of the Thousand Islands. It is a 10 minute drive from the house and very worthwhile. Dolphins and Manatees were literally swimming among our boats! Simply amazing!

We loved this place- it was so clean and bright. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook, the living spaces were comfortable and beachy themed. I highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay at the pink house. The property manager answered my texts and emails quickly. The house is not fancy and and it is old, but the appliances are updated and the house was very clean. It is in a great location.

Best place to stay in while at Cocoa Beach! This house was stocked with everything we could have needed during our stay. Was also very clean. Both the kitchens were both fully stocked up that we were fine adjusting how we cooked some things!

My family and I had the best time at the pink house! We went to the beach every day sometimes even a few times a day. There are beach chairs, toys, a cooler and beach towels. Everything you need. Also plenty of kitchen and household items even laundry soap, dishwashing tabs, some toilet paper and paper towels. Even extras like board games and puzzles that my kids loved. Within walking distance to restaurants, cafés and shops. Grocery stores right up the road as well. We would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family! Thanks so much!

Spotless rental with a very convenient location - across the street from the beach walkover and walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when we’re back in town.

The Pink house was clean, accommodating, and not far from the beach. it was cozy, clean and very comfortable. We loved it and would definitely stay there again

If you are looking for a house that is clean and literally a 5 minute walk from the beach, this is it. The house neighbors next to plenty of restaurants and shops that you can again walk to. The beach is super nice and not over crowded and the house comes with any beach supplies you could think of located in the outdoor storage. The only downside is the traffic during the day. There were a handful of car wrecks that happened within a block from this location from people pulling out in front of one another so just make sure to double heck when you pull out on the street. Other than that, this place met our expectations and then some.

The pink house was amazing.. the little walk to the beach was great. The host is the best. I have stayed in several houses in Cocoa but this was by far my favorite place. We can't wait to come back

Stayed with our 3 kids and had a blast. Perfect location with easy beach access and close to everything. Amazing bar / restaurant right across the street is a huge bonus!

This was a home away from home. My family felt right at home here. It was close to the beach and had all beach stuff for you to use. Clean sheets, blankets, and towels ready to use. Beautiful green back yard where kids can play and run around. It had a perfect patio to eat breakfast. It is close to downtown cocoa beach and all restaurants and attractions are all walking distance. Janice was very responsive and very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend it if you have a small family and want to be close to the beach.

Place was everything we needed. Like everything there was one thing to improve on. Extra toilet paper for the guests. Both bathrooms ran out

Boogie boards, grill, beach toys for the kids, etc. A quick 3 minute walk to the beach, and a few minutes driving time to groceries, BJ’s, Walmart, etc. Will be coming back!

The Pink House was an awesome place to stay. Located within walking distance to the beach, with easy access via the cross walk. It is also within walking distance to quite a few restaurants. The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen/cooking supplies, plenty of beach toys and towels, chairs, umbrellas and outdoor/indoor games. The backyard was wonderful for our kids to play. Janice communicated quickly with any of our needs.

What an enjoyable property for my family. My daughter and her family stayed on one side of the house and I was on the other. It was so nice to have all amenities on both sides of the property.

This property is exactly how it is presented online. It literally has everything needed for a wonderful vacation including all kitchen items, beds were comfortable, beach accessories included chairs, towels, beach unbrella, and boggie boards. It is only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The washer and dryer were very nice. The fenced in back yard with covered patio and table and chairs were nice for dining outdoors. The outside shower also had hot water. Would definitely recommend this property.

From the inquiry questions to the booking, to the advice on surrounding restaurants and things to do, as well as being unsure because of the pandemic.....this trip was spectacular. The manager was above and beyond with all aspects and was available whenever i needed her no matter the cause. Location couldn't be better and the price was very affordable. can't wait to come back next year!

We had a great experience and Janice was very responsive when we reached out. The beach access point was very close to the house and just as described. The house was clean and there was a washer and dryer and plenty of space, games and activities for families. Would def stay here again. Great location.

The house was exactly as described. It worked perfect for us. Only complaint was the main washer didn't work so we were all washing clothes in my room and it could use some new mattresses. Awesome little house. I would rent it again if we go back!!

We rented this house for our family vacation. It was very clean and plenty of room for 6 of us. It was a very short walk to the beach. They had plenty of beach towels, beach wagon, and other beach accessories that we were able to use. Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and coffee shops. We will stay again.

We were just 1.7 miles a way from my sister who owns a condo at the diplomat. We realized we were able to walk there only the last week we were last, pretty flat in Florida.

My husband and I stayed here with our three daughters for a week & it was the most spacious perfect home for us. It was extremely clean & had everything we needed. We were able to make dinner every night and everything we needed was there. It is right across the street from the beach so extremely easy access. We will def be staying here again. This home is beautiful with an awesome back porch and fenced in yard!
