This home is designed for the perfect vacation. As you enter you will see great pride was taken in picking out every item in this home to ensure a home away from home experience. Open kitchen design allows for the chef of the family to prepare any meal while still being part of the group. Kitchen is well stocked with the essentials and so much more. This WATERFRONT HEATED pool home is spacious with a game room and a liana with ceiling fans making your morning drink of choice or afternoon cocktail extra special to enjoy. My Happy Place is nestled right in the middle of an array of restaurants, shopping, local attractions and 1 and a half blocks from the beach. Cocoa Beach has continuous sidewalk road share lanes to all the attractions and Cottage Row.

The house and property was perfect for our vacation. Perfect location, close to everything. Private. Loved the decor. We had plenty of room in the house to be comfortable and have our own space when needed. All amenities, wonderful. The pool was awesome. We loved it. Definitely a plus with grandchildren. We really enjoyed the screen porch, pool and dock. Enjoyed morning on the dock, seeing different birds and the dolphins visited. They came right up to the dock. Amazing! Fishing from the dock, caught and released small cat fish. So much fun. A great vacation home. Family memories were made that will last a lifetime. Definitely will visit again.

Comfortable home with plenty of space for our family of 5. Conveniently located close to the beach and the Publix grocery store. Beautiful Traveler's Palms and plants in the back yard, and lovely view being on the water. Had a pleasant surprise one morning when dolphins visited us at the dock. Pool is sufficiently deep. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, and there is an outdoor grill. All staff associated with the home were very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

Property is spacious and immaculate. Kitchen very well supplied; screen porch lovely. Lots of room for 4 people. Furnishings are some of the least "rental" we have experienced: upholstered sofas, high quality bedding, attractive rugs etc. We did have a problem with master bath sink: stopper was non existent and, as a 5'3" person, I could barely wash my face over the sink. Had to get a chair to kneel on! Also, lack of mirror anywhere in master bedroom was very noticeable and forced me to buy a small mirror for contact lens and makeup. But we loved the house and location: could walk almost everywhere which was important for us. Being on the canal was wonderful: son in law did a lot of fishing. Despite the master bedroom issues, we would highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful, clean house with everything you need included, like a beach wagon, cooler, and pool floaties. It is in a central location close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The pool is large.

We had such a great stay. This property was exactly what we were looking for. Absolutely loved being on a canal and only having a 30 second drive across the street to the beach. The only complaint is the one small “ orange” bedroom does not get much A/C flow, and both bathroom sink drains run slow. Maybe I missed this information in the rental add- but we had no idea there was a storage cabinet outside with lots of pool stuff and beach chairs, an umbrella and even a wagon. We would not have brought all our own stuff. Otherwise we absolutely loved it and will for sure stay here again!

Thank you for the review. We have addressed the airflow for the orange room and the sinks not draining fast enough. The storage cabinet information is in the guest hospitality app, but good idea on putting it actually in the description for the house. Hopefully we will see you next year!

We chose this property because we wanted to use our inflatable kayaks. It was perfect for that purpose. The dock was in excellent condition, and getting into and out of the kayak was very easy. The outdoor area generally was excellent. The BBQ was clean and worked well ! Lovely dining area in the covered porch. We never ate at the dining table inside. The kitchen was excellent, with numerous utensils, pots and pans, coffee makers, 4-slice toaster, etc, etc. The lighting was a little difficult to figure out, but we got there in the end. The Master bedroom was very large and comfortable. The second and third bedrooms were not receiving air conditioning, nor was the shared bathroom, and so that made the stay more than a little uncomfortable. However, the Property managers handled the situation as best they could. Thank you Janice and Autumn !

The house was lovely. Clean, roomy and bigger than it looked in the pictures. We had one issue with a/c and the pool needed to be cleaned, but a quick email to the manager and it was fixed quickly - excellent customer service. I’d definitely stay here again.

Most of the time people use the phrase you get what you pay for when referring to something cheap that they spent money on that broke. Well this place is the opposite. It is priced a little on the high side but it was money well spent for sure! The home was not only clean, comfortable, and in a great location, it was also decorated with really nice furniture, excellent kitchen equipment such a nice quality cutlery, and special amenities. We loved our time at the beach but we enjoyed our time at the house just as much. Our family of 6 enjoyed the game room and we made special memories just hanging out in the pool talking. We brought our paddle boards and enjoyed morning paddles seeing dolphins and other wildlife. The home had 2 nice bikes with locks so we enjoyed rides to local shops. The communication with our host was perfect. This home really was the nicest one we have ever stayed at in Cocoa Beach. It was a list minute booking for us and again at first we thought the nightly rate was high but once you get there you realize it is really worth it because the home is not lacking in anything! We would definitely stay there again.

With no reviews to go on, we are very glad we took the 'gamble' and booked this new to the market property! The photos are an accurate portrayal of the charming home - everything seemed brand new and the home was SO CLEAN! This was the perfect spot for us to unwind and relax. The kitchen has everything you need - and I mean everything - even dish soap, sponge, dish det, cleaning supplies and more. The beach is just a bike ride (or walk) away as are some great restaurants. Most of our days were spent floating in the HUGE pool and sipping coffee / cocktails on the dock. Our host was most responsive to the few questions we had. Do not hesitate to book this lovely home....

The place was great we had a great time just hanging by the pool and renting kayaks to enjoy the waterfront. It was very peaceful and relaxing that we never made it over to the beach that was within walking distance. Would have been helpful to us to use the boat lift with the boat slip but wasn’t allowed which is understandable being they are very expensive. We would definitely stay again though!!

The property was very nice and close to a lot! Check-in and out was smooth. The pool was on the chilly side but it wasn’t terribly warm when we were there. Neighborhood was quiet and the views out back were exceptional to enjoy your morning coffee.

We had such an amazing time here! This house had everything you needed for a care free vacation! Everything was so comfortable for ultimate relaxation mode! The view is beautiful and the pool is a wonderful amenity, we hardly went to the beach because we enjoyed being at the house so much! Turtle was so easy to work with and very responsive! We will be returning as soon as we can!

The host was very helpful with all my questions and requests. The villa is as the pictures show: cosy, clean, spacious and comes equipped with all kitchen items needed. The only downfall was the garden/pool furniture has seen better days with legs rusting, cushions torn and weathered, however the most important furniture, the sun loungers, were in great condition. Also the pool pump and the air con were very loud however when splashing in the pool or sat on the decking you could not hear it. The host was excellent and overall a great holiday villa that provides not only a great “base camp” but great outdoor area to look over the water (I saw dolphins, fish and birds) but also meets all the comforts of entertainment (football table, games, tvs, comfy beds, comfy sofa and more). Would recommend with caveat of the noise from the pool pump and air con.
