Coastal Haven is everything you need for a perfect get away. Walk to the beach, the pier- shops and restaurants without ever leaving the sand. With a panoramic view you won't miss a single sunrise. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage on the balcony. Roof Top access with seating to catch rocket launches. The condo features a king bed- 2 twins and a sleeper sofa. The heated pool allows for year round enjoyment. The complex also offers an atrium sitting area along with a conversational area with a tv while you wait for transportation or if you simply just want to enjoy the area.

Lovely vacation spot. We were able to see two launches from the roof. The property is located close to the pier and many tasty restaurants.

Great stay - cute place, had everything we needed. We had a little mishap the first night, and the customer service with the property manager was five star. Kudos to Autumn, who was helpful, prompt, caring, and professional. Thank you!

Condo is nice and spacious with great view of ocean. Very close to beach and and pool. The building is right next to the cocoa beach pier so it does get a little congested traffic wise around the area. If you want super duper quiet/remote this will be a little busy for you, but my husband and I thought it was fine and would stay here again. (There were No loud parties at night and the pier etc is quiet in the evening. ). Great location to watch a SpaceX launch from. The king bed was actually comfortable and the couches pretty good also. ( I broke my ankle the second. I guy there- so at least I had a comfy sofa and bed and nice view!!) Other positives— a couple of beach chairs to use as well as some beach towels which we laundered at the end of our stay. We night and left a new beach umbrella for whomever comes next. ! Hand soap and enough dishwasher pods to use for just the two of us for 6 days were provided. Also new and clean washer and dryer. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Costal Haven. It had everything we needed to make our month a trip to remember. The manager was very responsive to any issues we had. We are looking forward to returning next year. I’m going to miss all my sunrises each morning.

Large master bedroom and nice sized 2nd bedroom, Great view from living room. Lots of supplies in kitchen- pots, pans, dishes, kids dishes etc. Air condition system worked great- nice enough to turn off and leave screen door open to deck- ocean view while I was there- used AC at night. Fairly quiet-can here others in building. Was responsive to issues.

The property is kept in fantastic condition. Professional levels of upkeep, easy access parking facilities, fresh paint everywhere, even the sidewalks are nice. The condo was immaculate. Besides supplying everything you need to be comfortable, it even had extra towels for the beach. Two bathrooms and a full kitchen with everything we needed to cook, and be totally comfortable for our week long stay. I've been renting condo's a few times a year for about 15 years and this condo was easily one of the best I've ever stayed in. I had to call and ask a few things before the stay, I got a person right away, she was great and helped me with everything. The building is nice, great lobby., well lit at night. and the rooftop view is beyond words. You can see the ocean in one direction and the waterway in the other direction. You can walk to the pier, witch had some wonderful food, there is a grocery store within walking distance, and etc, etc. This was a great stay, Our kid leaves for college and the week in a condo, ON the beach, just a perfect, perfect send off. Thanks for one of the best stays ever.!!

We had an enjoyable week. The unit was clean and neat. The beds were sufficient for a vacation. The two complaints I would have was that the balcony furniture was rusted and didn't fit well. Also, the beach chairs and umbrella in closet were broken and/or rusted. However, location made the above complaints seem minor. We enjoyed the pool, rooftop, beach access and pier immensely!

My husband and I stayed for the weekend. The location was perfect and the view amazing. Steps to the beach, the pool was clean and refreshing and the rooftop access was a nice surprise. Highly recommend.

We loved this place. The location is perfect and the view from the balcony is stunning. Saw rocket launches and hit the beach and pool most days. Had softball tournament nearby and drive was only about 25 min. Highly recommend!!!

Although the weather wasn't great we were happy with the unit. Worked great for us. The location was great for watching the surfers, even in cold Temps. Close to everything. Clean, comfortable and easy access to the beach. The rooftop deck is great for watching launches or enjoying the view! We would stay again.

Too much light coming into bedrooms from outside hallway lamps Had to remove a few bulbs to get darker but only helped in 2nd bedroom. Blinds did not help. Ice maker wasnt working. Almost all mirrors set pretty low. Dont work for 6ft people. Had problems with remote control operating TV. Had to get it in just the right spot. Maybe batteries?

The view of the ocean is spectacular, but, the couch has springs poking out and the beds seemed to be worn out. Other than the uncomfortable furniture it is a great place for a getaway. Clean and well stocked
This place is for you if you want an excellent view of Cocoa Beach, to see a rocket launch, walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and close to stores. Everything the pictures showed matched! We will be back
