This townhome gives you the best of both worlds. If relaxation is what you seek then look no further. Direct oceanfront while in town with tons of restaurants within minutes,. The wrap around balcony offers the ability to sit in the sun or in the shade. Updated well stocked kitchen, allows the chef of the family to still be apart of the action while creating delicious meals and watching the waves roll in. Don't forget about the heated pool. The master bedroom over looks the ocean with a kingsize bed and the guests bedroom has 2 queen beds. There are 3 tv's so no one has to miss their favorite shows.

We had a great stay in the condo. Beachfront view and gorgeous at sunset. The condo had a ton of items we could use for the beach. It was great to have a kitchen and dining area. Appreciate the games for the family time! Easy walk to the beach. You really cannot beat the value! Highly recommend and will be back to Villa Rivera. Thank you!!

Relaxing beachfront condo

We loved this condo and would definitely stay there again! The beach views from the living room and balcony are beautiful. The condo was clean, has been updated, and has a well equipped kitchen (we cooked many meals and had everything we needed). The complex is well maintained and the pool was warm and clean with plenty of loungers. The ac worked well, even for the upstairs bedrooms. There is one parking space reserved for you. The only non perfect things: the showers pull water from each other when using at the same time, and we needed to use ant bait (that worked with no further issues). This was one of our favs!

This place is great! It is directly on the beach which is beautiful white sand. You are close to grocery stores and restaurants but the property is quiet and quaint. The pool is super clean and warm

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super quiet when we were there. Seemed like we had the beach to ourselves everyday. Very nice staff that work there, very clean. Extremely convenient location. Walmart and Winn Dixie both around the corner. BTW you can walk to Bunkys raw bar! Very happy with our stay here.

We loved the property! Livingroom sliders open to the beach which is just steps away. Master bedroom window views the ocean and you can hear the waves breaking all night. Several good restaurants close by but you have to look for them. This is the place to go if you just want to get away for a while.

My husband, two kids and I stayed here for 10 days, it was absolutely amazing. We LOVED the location, not in a super busy city but a close enough drive to places if we wanted to go. Watching the sunrise every morning over the ocean was a dream. We could see dolphins jumping, fish, pelicans catching fish, bunnies in the yard, amazing shells on the beach..and so much more. We absolutely would come back! We loved the pool too, my kids became great swimmers in the short time we were there! We loved having all the amenties, making it super easy to cook meals, play on the beach, relax on the couch while listening to the waves crash down. All of it was more than we could have asked for! Only thing that we couldn't figure out was the TV in the master bedroom, but we didn't mind because we weren't there to watch TV anyway.

Everything was great, from the actual condo unit, to the pool, the location, and the other guests. The beach was excellent, not at all crowded, and Melbourne is just a great, less touristy area, with so much to see and do. The views from our condo were amazing- sunrise every morning!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and easy to check in/out. The view of the water was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. It was a very close walk to the beach. The couches were comfortable, and the TV was easy to use. The kitchen had what we needed. It may be the time of year we went, but it was a very quiet complex. We saw very few people while we were there. The laundry room was easy to use ($2 per wash load and $2 per dry load).

We loved staying at the Captain's Quarters. It was right on the white sand beach. There were grocery stores and restaurants close by. It was super clean and the manager was very attentive. The pool was wonderful!

Super quiet when we were there. Seemed like we had the beach to ourselves everyday. Very nice staff that work there, very clean. Extremely convenient location. Walmart and Winn Dixie both around the corner. BTW you can walk to Bunkys raw bar! Very happy with our stay here.

This 2 story unit is the ultimate vacation site. It’s ocean front, literally steps from your unit. The back patio facing the ocean is a wrap around so larger than others. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Extraordinary clean! Beds and pillow soo comfortable. You just need to come inside for the perfect get away vacation. Ocean, sand, and even a heated salt water pool if ocean isn’t your thing! Highly recommended!!! We’ve come many times!!!!!

Janice was incredibly responsive and made sure to handle the two issues we encountered straight away. We did think we'd be closer to the beach, it is more than a block - about a 15 minute walk. Don't let that stop you from renting - there is always parking at the end of the street where you can pay by the hour or day. The pool is larger in person - the photos really don't do it justice.

She has thought of just about everything. I was kind of worried about the pool with my 2 little ones but there are locks up high as well as an alarm. We really didn’t need anything except toothpaste and food. Very quick to respond with questions. I was pleased with our experience!
It’s well maintained & clean. It’s an older property with an expected level of ware, but the inside is modern. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were nice subtle touches, like beach towels. The location was fantastic. Wi-Fi worked well. The paint on the outside steps and rail need work but they have restoration planned this spring.
